"Stan called me after I requested a quote. I could tell from our very first conversation he was going to go above and beyond. He followed up with me as he said he would on Saturday but I was unavailable. When we finally connected on Monday it was a smooth and thorough transaction. Stan explained everything in a manner I could understand. His professional yet calm demeanor really impressed me. I felt he was trustworthy and not trying to “sell” me a bunch of stuff just to gain a customer. This young man is a keeper! "After searching all day for insurance quotes online I was completely frustrated. I had given up. This guy Stan from (State Farm) kept calling me. For several days I ignored his calls. This day I picked up the phone and said “Stan I hope you have something good to say because if you don’t I’m not interested.” This guy had patience and worked with me until I was completely satisfied.
