"I had a change that needed to be updated within a specified amount of time for my policy. I took advantage of the text option to my Agent ‘s office. Samantha got me taken care of right away. Within 15 minutes of me texting her she had made 2 changes I had my policy and sent declaration pages. Samantha is definitely a value asset to have at the office.
